Just a quick line to say thanks to anyone who broght their dogs to Discover Dogs today and who provided so much delight to so many people, especially myself and my neice.
What a wonderful example of each and every breed, even the ones I wouldn't normally appreciate were absolutely delightful and a credit to their owners and their breed.
I think I must have stroked and spoken to a representative of each one there today and think it unfair to single any one out BUT the Komondor and the Greenland Dog were truly to die for...

I am totally smitten with them - only had mine for four months now - but would like to get a puppy at some point.  (mine is 4 years old).  I've never bought that magazine - will have to look in Smiths.#

I've got that one, if you can't manage to find it in the shop PM me and I can cut out the article for you. It's the December issue you want though, so there should be some about :D

I had a lovely time there, for the first time did NOTHING!  Normally I would be helping on either the red and whites or the australian shepherd stand and past two years have been in the grroming competition or something or other in the YKC but due to being away from home it was more of a last minuet thing to go home for the weekend, go to discover dogs with my parents and have alook round the breed stands looking for new breeds.  With my parents being involved in running a ringcraft they like to know all the different breeds slightly in order to help anyone who comes to their ringcraft :) was so relaxing just walking around for the day doing nothing, no dogs to worry about, no competitions to stress over :D  Was great to see friends aswell now that I live away from home.

Well done to everyone who was on the stands, what was nice to see was afew more breeds seemed to be swapping dogs and not having the same dogs and owners on ALL day :)
