Does anybody know what the stand is called which is at some of the ch. shows which sell flags eg those which you fly above caravans. I have seen them at several shows this year and just realised that one would make a good christmas present for a friend!! I think the stand does also sell other stuff as well, but haven't got a clue what it is called!

I have hunted around on the internet and can find lots of flags but they all attach at the top of the flag rather than side like a normal flag! They are apparently garden flags the ones I keep finding.
any ideas?!
