If there are CC's given at a show does that mean an almost full range of classes are available for that particular breed (eg puppy, Junior, Post Grad etc etc)?

Yes :) Which classes will depend on which stud book band your breed is in.

not always, they can put on mixed classes. If there is a limit place in the stud book for that breed them must have a limit, otherwise down to the show. In the small entry breeds some shows put on a v poor classification - which does nothing to encourage the entry to rise
