
I have been trying to ring them for the last couple of days too, just to ask for a new claim form to be sent out to me. I finally got through to this morning to the claims line number. It told me it was transferring me to an operator and I actually got a person this time, after being told numerous times before that my call 'could not be completed'

My problem went on for two months, then I contacted him and it was sorted it in less than an hour. You've never seen M&S move so fast !
