Could anyone help we have a litter puppies I was brushing them yesterday and a small amount of what appears to look like dandruff came to the surface of their coats.  They have a very thick coat and it is in very good condition.  I took them for a vet check a couple of week ago , this was not there then.  Wht would be the best treatment for my puppies.

It could be creeping dandruff which is transferable to humans so it would be in all of yours interest to see the vet again :)

Yes, I agree with Isabel, it does sound like creeping dandruff, I had a couple of outdoor guinea-pigs with it many moons ago, it was very easy to treat, but you need to get the correct presciption from the vets.
