We moved house recently and although I have found girls innoculation card, the  breeder puppy sale reciept and pedigree generation papers, I can't seem to find the kennel club reg papers anywhere, which is proof of ownership of course. Should I panic now, or just get in touch with the kennel club and if so, which department? If I do call them tomorrow, can they help me out with a copy or something? Or if they are lost, are they are lost? We have a few boxes of paperwork in the shed still, here's fingers crossed that they are there and I find them before to long.

If the dog had been transferred into your name then you can get a copy from the KC. If it was still in the breeders name she will need to get a copy and give it to you for you to do the transfer.
