Hi,
My local radio station are doing a mystery voices competition - its been going on for ages now with only the third and last voice left to guess which I think I may know. I've been trying to get through for ages and with calls charged at 25p per call, I have spent a small fortune:eek: Well, last night I managed to get through - it was a recorded message which said 'well done in getting through, stand by your phone as a producer may ring you back' then that was it, the phone went dead, I wasn't asked for my telephone number or anything and wasn't called back:confused: My telephone number is ex directory and doesn't show on receiving telephones so I emailed the radio station asking how on earth they could possibly ring back and I was called by a manager. The person I spoke to explained that in that instance, unfortunately I had no chance of getting on air to play:mad: I am really angry because nowhere in the rules/terms and conditions of the game does it state this which is so misleading - how many other people with this facility on their phone have tried and tried to get through not knowing that when they do, they won't get a chance because their phone number doesn't show. It is now in the hands of the production manager but I wondered what other peoples thoughts are on this? Am I winging or do I have a right to be angry?

I would be angery when you've spent money on calling in but never, at any pont were you going to get anywhere.

Surely this should be stated when the competition details are given?   Very naughty if not!  Personally I would be livid ;)
