Somehow, I have managed to get Google and Yahoo as my front page and toolbars when I access the web - which I don't want (I prefer BBC news).

As I have google & yahoo toolbars, I cannot find "format" toolbutton, which is where I should change it - any suggestions, please, oh Wise Computer Witches/Wizards?????

Many thanks

Hi Margot

I use the BBC Home Page too.

If you open the BBC page you want, then click on Tools (at the top of the screen) then Internet Options and then General it should give you the option of making the BBC site your Home Page.

Hope it works !.

I don't have either of those toolbars but you can set your homepage up in your browser preferences. If you use Internet Explorer go to the Tools menus and select Internet Options. The first tab, General, has a field where you can enter any URL you want to be your homepage. If you don't want to enter it, go to the BBC page you want then choose the Use Current option.
