I take it you mean for a vehicle Mags ? Try [link http://www.google.com/search?q=adjustable+coupler&btnG=Google+search]Google.[/link] Or do you mean for a brace?

oops, sorry, didnt make myself very clear. i am not even sure if i have got the right name for what i am looking for!! its the thing that u attach a lead to that then clips onto two dogs. ie. two dogs, one lead (and no tangles!). have got an ordinary one but as i walk poppy in a 'stop pull' harness, she is getting extra length and if i could lay my hands on an adjustable one, could even up the length.

just thought u might like to know that Ropeworks have came up trumphs. Although they are not making an adjustable coupler as such, they are making one to my specs, ie each 'branch' the length i want it, which is exactly what i need.

thanks.

Thats good news then Mags :-)

I had a good look around their site and have bookmarked it for future reference too.

Thanx for the feedback.

if anybody is looking for any kind of lead etc i cannot recommend Ropeworks highly enough. They are making be a coupler with each branch different lengths (to my measurements) and would have made an adjustable coupler if i did want to go down that route rather than a fixed one with branches different lengths.

they have a great array of colours and are very, very reasonable indeed, especially as im basically getting my 'made to order'.

they are extremely helpful and answer emails promptly.

i cant praise them enough

ps: as for pets pyjamas - i wouldnt touch them with a barge poll ever again - i am still waiting on a refund from them, this has been for about 5 months now, despite numerous phone calls (each time being told they would get the cheque sent out) and letters to them

A benching chain would do the job as it has two rings along its length instad of the one in a couple, so one dog could have 2/3rds and the other one third!

thanks for suggestion, will keep it in mind (would prefer to get a non chain though as ive got a kinda put together thing at the moment, extending millie's length of coupler with a chain but it keeps clonking against her).

however if all else fails, ill give it a try

Also pets-pyjamas do them, try [link http://www.pets-pyjamas.co.uk/ppshop/product.asp?GroupID=10&CategoryID=2&DeptID=25&mscssid=]Pets Pyjamas[/link]
(and crufts and Discover dogs have them too)!

P.s. Leigh (I know you will be reading this as you do those link clicky thingies)
Will you be at Discover dogs with your braccos? Are the Marches going on one day?

Leigh Note: edit to tidy up link ;-)

I have attended in the past, but may be in Italy this year. To be honest,as I am no longer secretary I have no idea who will be covering it. You could give Christine a ring or keep an eye on my breed notes as I usually list who will attend :-)
