Wonder if any of you guys can help,  over the past few weeks my Westie has started to develop brown patches on her coat.  She is also scratching a bit.  I have heard that a brown coat on a Westie can be down to a bad diet. I feed her Bakers complete moist meals,  She has treats now and then but only natural treats like tripe sticks and raw hide. She does have a very sensitive skin anyway and I have to use a special sensitive shampoo from the vet.  She has been frontlined.  If anyone has any advice for me,that would be great.

Where are the brown bits? Are they round her rear and her paws? If so it could be saliva staining which could mean she is licking excessively at certain parts.

She has them round her rear but also at the top of her legs her chest and her back. She does bite at her paws but that area seems fine.
