Urgent Appeal for Information on Antibody Level Titre results

Dr Archie Bryden is a well respected biochemist with a special
interest in vaccines. He is conducting a survey which will, no doubt, have very far reaching effects and he is trying to gather as much information as possible. If anyone feels they could help, could they contact him with the following information please?

He would like information on as many dogs as possible that have had
antibody titres done and needs to know:-

a) age of dog when tested
b) antibody titres
c) vaccination history as full as possible ie number of boosters etc
d) breed although probably not important

I have emailed the person who asked that the survey request be posted and will let you know once I have received her reply.

Just received a reply and it just said that all info is available from the email address supplied - not very helpful really. :rolleyes:

Ok I have emailed saying I will help if they tell me the purpose of it all.  Will let you know what I hear back.

I am attaching some articles I have had in Our Dogs
which may help to see where I am coming from, in case
you have not seen them.
Basically there appears to be little in the public
domain on antibodies and length of protection
following vaccination - the drug companies seem to
keep their test results to themselves - no prizes for
guessing why!
If I can get sufficient results submitted from those
who have had their dogs tested, plus vaccination
history, I might be able to analyse and make some
sense that could influence peoples' policies.
I should explain I am  retired microbiologist with a
lot of research experience with viruses.
