Hi
just wondered if anyone had any ideas on this topic.
My 15 week old pup has Pedigree Puppy complete, he has 3 meals a day.
His first poo of the day is lovely( as lovely as poo can be) meaning of a nice hard consistency, however throughout the day i get at least 3 or 4 poos that are extremely yucky. He drinks plenty, so obvioulsy this is what is making them a yucky consistency, he is not under the weather or anything, but it makes poop scooping a little messy.

Could be that he is getting just a bit much food - if he is otherwise fine :)

Think it's probably gonna be the food, we used to feed Molly on this when we first got her & her poos used to come out like Mr Whippy ice-cream not nice to pick up at all, so might be worth looking to change the food.

It could be the food, or it could be the volume you are feeding - too much in a meal can give a runny tummy.  If you think that you are feeding the right volume, it may be worth going back to 4 meals a day for a while to reduce the amount in each meal.  I have had to do this occasionally with fast growing pups.  Hope all goes well.
