Hiya
My boy had an infection across the bridge of his nose it was loads of spots which lead to the fur coming off. After months of Anti-Biotics it has now almost cleared up apart from a patch which is still bald and the hair doesn't seem to be showing any signs of growing back. On a few seperate occassions I have spoken to people and have been told that there is something that gets used on horses to help bring fur back but no one knows the exact name ...Anyone heard of anything like this and knows the name?.
The people I have spoken to have the same breed dog as myself  (Dobe) and have at some time used it or knows someone who has.
Thanks

Could it be Camrosa Ointment!. It is supposed to be excellent for the callouses on elbows. Google Camrosa and see for yourself. Be warned, it is not cheap!

It could be Cornucrescine..made by Carr & Day & Martin.
Which is an original hoof treatment - all hoof types.
Which amongst other things aids regrowth of hair...
for 95grammes it was £4.95 a few years back..

It's in a red flat plastic container - bit like a large boot polish tin.
You should be able to get it from a tack shop or similar

:D Do I win first prize now????? LOL
