Hi all
Can anyone tell me if they know of any ringcraft classes that take place near Norwich? We went to one last night but it doesnt start till 8pm and finishes around 9.40, so we are not getting home till 10.15pm - looking for something maybe an hour or so earlier.
Thanks in advance!
Daz

You will find most start at around 8 due to many people work full time and any early is a problem.
9:40 is an early finish. At ours in herts we finish at 10, someimes running late, we don't get home till 11 earliest after cleaning up.
Hope you do find one that's earlier for you but it's quite rare to find one!

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully I will find one a bit nearer to me, or perhaps on a Friday night where a late night wont be so hard on the kids!

Don't know whereabouts you are in Norfolk. Its a big county :-)
There is a ringcraft on Wednesday nights at Worstead Village Hall.
Starts about 7.30 ish, and goes on till about 9ish, but of course you could always leave early.
Hope this helps
hi there is a club called the norfolk dumpling which is on the outskirts of norwich. it is held on the industrial estate, the old cattle market, [same road as pets at home]. not sure what day or time [sorry] hope this is some help.
That club has moved, it is now held at barford on a Tuesday, but not sure of times.

This is where things get confusing! Norwich ringcraft society hold classes at Easton village hall on Tuesday nights, but I looked in our local yellow free-ads and they have a "Norwich Ringcraft Society" holding classes at Barford village hall on Thursday nights! I will ring up the Barford one and find out what time they start. The class at Easton on a Tuesday is the one that starts at 8pm.

I was looking for somewhere near Norwich, preferably the Thickthorn side.
Wrong side of the City for me.
The other one I know is at Aylsham on a Monday night.
There's one on a Monday night at St Olaves village hall (lots of dogs, not much room) and one on a Thursday down by the pleasure beach at Great Yarmouth (held in a school gym so more room). Great Yarmouth one starts at 7.30ish and St Olaves at 8.00ish.
