Topic Dog Boards / General / Car boot lock?
- By Debs2004 Date 08.10.06 13:02 UTC
I'm looking for one for my estate car to increase ventilation when parked up.
Anyone know what they are called or where I can find one?
I googled it and came up with "Airboy" but none in stock :-(

Thanks.

You could opt for a tail gate guard. I have one and its great. I can leave the boot open and lock it with a pad lock. I can also lock the car too. http://www.lintran-products.co.uk/options.htm hth

I bought a tailgate guard from lintran earlier this year, they now come with locks built in and are fantastic!

That's where I got mine, and it works a treat. You can get different lengths depending how much vent you want, but unfortunately they're not adjustable (unless I wasn't looking properly!).

Not clear from where post has appeared, but I was talking about ventlock!

Thanks ClaireyS - just what I was looking for :-)

I already have a Guardsman cage which is padlocked if I am away from the vehicle but I wanted something that might offer a little more protection from prying fingers.  Can't bear the thought of the dogs being poked at through the cage.

Thanks all :-)

I have a tail gate guard too but I find the ventlock handy if it is raining or a bit blowy, or if im parking somewhere where prying fingers might get poked in
