Wow, got a phonecall off my sister just now and the breeder faxed the letter off to the KC and lifted it.
My brother in law saw her at a show and embarresed her in front of her friends, you can imagine the shock of the crowd!!
She said that she did not know what he was talking about as she had never asked for money and that she was going to fax it that day ( cheeky cow ) so as she said that in front of her friends she had to do it!!
He went to her house after the show and picked up the KC form, then he rang the KC and endorsments are off.
What a relief!!!!

time to celebrate

Very pleased to hear this.  Hopefully she will never try to take advantage of anyone else like this again. Hope your sister has really good pups and if anyone asks about using the boy again she can tell them to be very careful as to what is agreed before they decide to use him. (This woman does not deserve and easy ride)

Even i my sister had a litter of all champions , she won't be using this kennel again!!!

All i hope is that she does produce a champ and the breeder wants to use it , what do you all think £2000 stud fee £ 500 handerling fee and £5000 to lift endorsments!!! ( only joking )

Other people have requsted to use him many times but she will accept a bitch from certian lines , and when she said yes to my sister she jumped at the chance to use this dog.
Everything was normal till the endorsment payment was raised .
If you dont beleive pm me and i will give you her name and you can check for your self , in fact if you know the breed anyone will tell you that this lady has turned at least 20 odd people down for the chance to use him.
His father is out of the biggest kennel in the country ( of this breed ) and he himself has many CC's.
My sisters dog has 2 cc's and has the right lines for the dog, and yes the KC did confirm that the dog had endorsments as you will read in the other posts on this subject the KC were informed and were no help at all.
So tell me why you think this is fishy Isabel

I've told you what I find fishy :)  You can add to what I have said the fact that she jumped at the chance of using your sister's bitch's lines and yet was prepared for the litter to go unregistered.  I am not questioning you but rather the tale she has given your sister.

I think this is just about the right amount to charge this breeder.!!!!!!

I think the whole thing is very fishy.  It's very hard to imagine a champion dog that other quality bitches' owners have not requested use of and I really can't see such a money grabber turning them down, can you?  Is your sister's dog so very exceptional, a champion too? Did the KC ever confirm there was an endorsement in place?

Great news, amazing what a bit of embarassment can do, especially at a show.  What a come down for the breeder in question. LOL !!!! would love to have seen her face when confronted with your brother-in-law.
