Has anyone had any success with these?
We get an awful lot of fireworks where we live, and the dogs' reaction is getting difficult to the point where I'm reluctant to go out for the evening and leave them both indoors, unless at least one of them is in a crate. They're so frightened, they're in danger of hurting themselves or each other and my girl actually peed herself with fright on Saturday.
We got phosphorus from a homeopathic vet, which helps a lot but you have to be here to give it to them. I'm getting some melatonin, which I tried last year and that helped quite a bit too. I 've tried a DAP diffuser, but with no discernible benefit.

I'd never had any problems with my dogs and fireworks until we took on a rescue rottie. She'd been kept outside and as soon as she hears fireworks she starts drooling, panting and pacing about. Shes not too bad if we're at home but if we're not at home she goes crazy. Concequently we've been house bound at new years and bonfire night =(
I've been trying the CD but it doesnt seem to have the same effect as the real thing. Well, I guess the truth with show come november. =/
