Calcium carbonate is used in a lot of indigestion remedies so I would say not :)

She will be fine, my dogs eat all manner of things.  One dog ate so many razor blade shells on a beach we had to remove him from a beach and i felt sure he would die, but he is still with me.  Actually he also ate, concrete, bricks, you name it. Such a daft mutt.
