My dog had TPLO in February and had a follow up X-Ray done in mid-March. The bone site had healed and they recommended slow increases to his exercise. If he ran too hard or played too much he limped quite badly. I took him back in August as I was concerned about this. The surgeon said let him do as much as he wanted now. Sure enough the next week he had some great walks and play sessions with no limping afterwards.
So while the bone site is healed I would ask the sitter to watch her and keep things from getting too wild or she could end up in some amount of pain. My dog was only 10 months old when he had the surgery so you would think he was a pretty fast healer and at 3 months he was still a little fragile.
