I have a shih tzu who has just fineshed her season and noticed today that it seems as if a pea size bit of flesh from in side of her womb came out it was pink in colour, this has happened once before and each time it has gone back.
I plan on ringing the vet in the morning, but do you think it is anything to worry about.
Forgot to say she is eleven years old.

sounds like a prolapse. Take her to the vet and get her checked. Sometimes they can just put  a stitch in it to keep it in place but be prepared to have to have her spayed if that doesn't work.
