Has anyone read My Best Friend's Girl by Dorothy Koomson? I'm just starting it & it looks like a good book club/discussion book.  Think it was on the R&J Summer Read list also!

I read the first two then got a bit behind with my reading as my mum keeps giving me loads of books.

Oh that's a shame, I exchange books with my mum but by the time she's finished I'm reading something else & have forgotten what it was about, I might google it see if there are any online!

I'd be up for it this time round!
(need something to bury myself in as Im wedged into London Tube train..whyyyyyy did I go back to the Rat Race :( )

I certainly get strange looks on the train as I delve into my favourite book about the Iditarod 'My Lead dog's a Lesbian' :D

I have 'My best friends girl' in my suitcase for my holiday read next week! :D

Gah, I can feel myself getting suckered in ... this is a book I would like to read. When are we reading it by though, as have just started reading 'Watching The English'.

I've already read that one but would like to join the book club as I am always reading much to the rest of the familys disgust!:rolleyes:

OOh I loved the book club! I read them all! I'm on holiday soon so I might see if I can obtain a copy before I go!
