Police on Monday were investigating how a five-month-old baby girl came to be attacked and mauled to death by two Rottweiler dogs at a pub in Leicester.The baby was rushed to Leicester Royal Infirmary where she later died from her injuries.Police said the two dogs, described by neighbours as guard dogs and not pets, had been destroyed. One neighbour was quoted as saying - "They were very aggressive and known to be vicious. Everybody around here was petrified of them,".
