Are these people crazy? My puppy has been diagnosed with a condition called dry eye and the vet submitted a claim for treatment to Petplan. I had a letter from them on Friday advising payment of my claim for behavioural disorders?? After a few phone calls, it turns out that the vet had put "photophobia" on the form which Petplan took as some sort of dog madness. Think they should issue them with a medical dictionary.... :)
