I have a 6 year old Dobermann and this morning I have found a lump just behind her front left leg on her rib cage.

She isn't bothered if I touch it and it doesn't move under the skin, it seems rigid.

I am worried sick and to add to my problems I don't have a good vet I can trust not to send me for endless pointless tests.

Does any one know of any good ones in or near the Wirral/Cheshire?

Any help gratefully received.
