That episode has got to be one of the best yet!! I was crying (well not literally but felt tearful) and saying go on their Cain lad the next minute, glad to see sadie got her comeuppance!!

ps - anybody else think that Ken Farrington (Tom King) and Johnny Briggs (Mike Baldwin) would be great as brothers in something. Always had a thing about Ken Farrington - especially when he was Billy Walker in Corrie......yum !.

I missed most of it as I was on the phone, but happened to come back into the lounge as Cain was stood there all dressed up with his hair brushed......... I nearly dropped the cup I was carrying !!!!!!!

He used to live in Northenden with his ex-girlfriend a few years ago.  Used to see him now and again in the village, well actually near the chippy on Royle Green Road as I think he lived in one of the houses there :d

SPOILER ALERT!!!!

Well..... You knew that Sadie and Tom had been kidnapped?

Cain kidnapped them and they found their car in the river. Everyone feared the worse until they said the car was empty....

Next shot is Sadie and Tom with cain in a cabin. Cain comes in wearing his police uniform (very sexy) and tells Tom he wants his money. Tom says he wont give it and hence Cain holds a gun to his head. Tom says he'll give it him if he shoots Sadie. (tom calling Cains bluff!) Cain promptly shoots Sadie in the stomach, lots of blood, smoke coming out of her belly. She slides down the wall muttering 'help me' and slumps at the bottom.

Tom shouts he's sorry, rings one of his sons and gets Chaz to bring the money to Cain. Debbie goes along for the ride and there is a little moment of 'dont leave me dad' etc. Cain gets in the car and goes leaving Debbie crying.

The police find the police car Cain used and find Tom but no Sadie. The police say the blood where she was sat is fake!

Next scene is Cain giving an old lady an envelope which has money in it for Debbie.

Cain drives to meet Sadie and they laugh about what they have done. Cain threatens to push her out of the car. Sadie has organised a private aeroplane but Cain says if she comes with him she will be dead within a week and therefore he's saving her life by not taking her with him. He takes the 2.2million on the plane and off it goes leaving Sadie stood on the runway.

The plane goes over Emmerdale and over Debbie, the other dingles come out just in time to see the plane flying off.

The End!

awwwwwwwwwwwwww,it had a nice ending too :) the shooting of saidie was very cleverly thought up :)

loved it ,i think i t was 1 of there better storylines :)

Makes a change for a soap to have positive ravings! Maybe we ought to send this thread to ITV so that they can see what we think :D

Just watched the repeat on ITV2, twice, and yes that pile of ironing is still there :rolleyes:
