Have been to the vets this evening and after a month of treatment, the Schirmer test had shown that my little girls eyes have responded well to the treatment. Her score has increased from 4 and 7 to 10 and 13, which is in the normal range albeit in the lower range. We have to continue with the Optimmune eye drops, but so far so good. I just want to say thank you to everyone who replied to my original text, your positive commnets helped a great deal.

Glad to hear that the treatment is helping.  Fingers crossed that improvement continues.
