By registered I take it you mean registered with the local council, I would not rule out people who only breed say one litter a year as these can also breed good litters and are usualy home reared, that is within the home of the breeder. Ask the KC for a list of litters or for the phone number of the club sec. But don't think because the breeder is not registered they are not a good breeder in most cases it could not be further from the truth. Ja:)kie
