after a bit of information and not sure if you can help!! i am trying to track down a (so called breeder!) in Telford... she breeds Rottweilers. I have a friend that has a rottweiler from this lady (but didn't purchase her from her)  she needs to get in contact with her to say she has the puppy. Also to ask about the papers :rolleyes:  The lady advertised that they were pedigree dogs and kc registered but the people that purchased her didn't get the papers at the time and she said that they would follow. Now the people that purchased her won't give out the ladies details   so my friend is now stuck with this dilemma.... The bitch is absolutely gorgeous and she would like to have had the papers so she could maybe show her etc and to find out about her parentage and other dogs in her line. I know this should have been done before my friend purchased her but the other people were going to put her in a rescue as they couldn't cope with her.
sorry it is a bit confusing, but any help at all would be good.

Do you know the breeders 1st or last name
Is the pup got a pedigree so you can chase anything up there?
How old is the pup?

The pup is now coming up to 6 months. My friend feels so silly for believing all the stuff she was told about the pup (even though this wouldn't change how she feels about her) just would be nice to see where she is from. iykwim. unfortunately we don't have either names for the breeder or any pedigree name for her at all.... to be perfectly honest the story as I was told doesn't sound like the breeder (if you can call her that) has an affix or that her dogs were even kc registered. just a spot of false advertising :-( 
I know this is probably a bit far fetched, but it was worth a try...

If she was advertised in the local paper you could go along to the news office and they will have a copy of the paper for that period of time and you will be able to follow up from there. (they usually have the papers on display for you to rummage through). I was going to suggest the breed supplements if you had a date of birth but if they weren't KC registered.......................

Hi, we dont live a million miles from Telford, i have 2 friends that breed/exhibit rotties, i will be seeing them hopefully on Thursday, i will see if they can throw any light on it for you
