Albion meat supplies do fantastic minced beef tripe. No added water, so it thaws out just moist enough but not mushy. They deliver nationwide and it's about 35p a pound. They also do raw meaty bones, minced chicken, (bones and all), and a brilliant complete frozen food which is a mixture of about 4 different raw meats with vegetables. Tel 01386 554095.
