Hi all,
Today we're having duck and it actually came with giblets so we thought we'd give the girls a treat. BUT i don't know what to do with them. Do i cook them or feed them raw?????? Please help

We boil them for stock for the gravy (gravey tastes so much better using the giblet stock) then cool them down and give them to the dogs.

Ditto :D (Except I don't give the neck because of the bones :) ) Had chicken for lunch, so dogs will get the giblets tonight :)

We feed all the giblets but always raw and not cooked.

I'd feed them raw too - but I do love gravy made with giblet stock :D

Well i boiled them and the girls absolutely loved them!!!!! :) Made sure i took the neck out though. Will try them raw next time. Molly is doing well (touch wood) on a combination of occassional cooked meat and veg, RMB, naures diet and dry. And shes losing the weight she put on at my parents. Thanks:cool:
