i am just sorting out my puppy packs, and was wondering if i should give my puppy familys a copy of my bitches hipscore results
I never have done, but do so if you want to - however, her score will be recorded on the pups' registration certificates.

I gave copies of both parents hipscores, plus copies of eye clearance certificates as well.
I also gave a great wadge of stuff on hip displascia and on grooming Aussies, which I think they all appreciated.

Won't matter in the least - again, his hipscore will be shown on the KC pedigree... - sounds as if you have everything covered

How to access local ringcraft or obedience training classes?
Personal recommendations etcNational and local Breed Clubs?
Good sources of breed knowledge.Ongoing reading material
Where to source breed specific books, annuals etc? Amazon, Ebay etc - relevant ISBN numbers for books you have found particularly helpful. But make sure you have the big box of tissues for yourself when the babes go..... :-(
:-) :-) :-)
Also equipment that they might wish to purchase such as a car cage etc.
I always give them the name and contact numbers of car cage manufacturers.
Also I point out that you may be able to buy them secondhand from places such as
ad trader etc. But to always make sure that they have rear escape doors and reasons why.
Also I point out that with books you can borrow them first from your local library (after they've ordered in
the book you want), then the books that you most enjoy then you can purchase them etc.
This way it's can save them an awful lot of money (as some people will think they have to have all books in your list ;) )
With diet have you given all the options i.e. meat and biscuit, complete and barf? Also the advice that if they wish
to change the pups diet to do it slowly over 5 days etc to avoid upset tums?
Not everyone wishes to feed what the breeder feeds but it's important to point them in the right direction in feeding
the right things for a growing puppy.
Your name and address is most important on the paperwork, oh and a Please if they ever move to let you know their new address and contact details.
Good Luck

Should't#t need to as the results will be on the pups registration documents.

I include all copies of hip scores, elbow scores and eye certificates of both parents, also I include a table of worming that includes when they were wormed and dates that they should be wormed on up to tywelve weeks of age. I also include (besides a bag of food) enough worming tablets so that they follow the worming regime. Besides all the other things about rearing of the puppies and the feeding, I like to include photos of both parents and a little write up on what the parents have done in the show ring. I just feel that it gives lots of info to the new owners.

As our breed is prone to bloat, our puppy pack included a very good article about bloat, signs symptoms etc. I thought it was an excellent idea to include it, but don't know if your breed is at risk.
