400 mg is OK for most dogs.  Most humans need a minimum of 500mg of Glucosamine, most require 1000mg or more.  You'll see that Natures Best recommends 2-3 tablets a day @ 500mg.  I prefer to use just straight Glucosamine 1000 mg - 360 tablets for £9.90 - a years supply.

I'd much rather use capsules, makes life so much easier to just sprinkle it over the dogs' food. :)

I ordered some of these for Molly & they came within a few days of ordering, however they did pass my details onto a sales centre so for best part of a week I had various people from all over the world ringing me trying to sell me other goods, eventually I lost my temper rang VitsDirect & told them to remove my details all together & would not be using them again! :(

Shame cos they are so cheap & Molly takes them as a treat (typical lab!) I might have to swallow my words in a few months time!
