Hi

We recently moved, in our new hous our whole kitchen area is huge and has white tiles on the floor.  Our two dogs have always been house trained until we moved.  The previous ownwer had three dogs which used to wee on the floors.  The Tiles are only 6mths old and cant afford to replace them yet.  Does anyone know any good ways to get them cleaned of the dog wee to hope fully stop our dogs doing it?  It also smells abit

Are they vinyl tiles or ceramic?  If they are vinyl the problem may be that they have been had their polish regularly removed with ammonia.  A wash over with a solution of biological washing powder should remove any deposits, which of course has the same scent as urine, and help discourage further peeing.  Rinse it well off after letting it remain for about 20 mins.  If they are ceramic goodness knows why any smell should be lingering  but you could treat it the same.

Hi its ceramic titles, I think the smell is where it goes into the grout, i also think that they used to pee up the corners of the kitchen units as my two have a keen interest in this.  I have been washing the floor with biological powder for a few weeks but still no luck.  Is there anything else i could you which has say a foul smell to dogs to put them off?

to keep them away from the areas you could try vick's vapour rub, most dogs hate it ;)

To get rid of animal smells I use Odorkill  scroll down the page and there it is :)
