i dont know but maybe its food poisining but my dog has small but noticable bumps or spots all over his back legs,they all look like theyve been scratched as if they are itchy to him,i dont know im confused and noticed it earlier today,im gona take him to the vets,

Probably nettle rash.............

Check him for fleas. I'm not suggesting he's infested or that you don't take good care of him. But something as simple as a hedgehog in the garden can result in your dog picking up one or two of the little beggars.
