Great to see you again.  No, I'm not going to have a brag, though I'm very proud of the way my two behaved in the ring!  I loved the approach and way the Swedish judge went over them, it seemed to give them lots of confidence.

I would really have liked to make it as I've yet to enjoy the back to back breed clubs' experience but practically never get to any shows in July/August because of coats (oh, to have boys only!) - or should I say no coats :rolleyes:

Oh but Teri, with the grading the judges do it's still worth showing even with no great placings. :) I showed not just a naked but a BALD lady -well okay ALMOST! :D - (somebody said to me she looked like a rat, tail as bald LOL) but as she still got an Excellent I was rather pleased despite the 4th place -only 14 weeks since pups after all. Of course on the second day she only got a Very Good but CLEARLY that judge was blind sssh!

many moons ago I travelled for their grading but frankly I now reckon I've got their deserved grading pretty much sussed (cheeky, eh!) so unless mine are in suitable coat and muscular condition for challenging for the ticket I don't take them out :)

I do miss the social side of things but if the dogs don't look the part then a 14+ hour round trip and two, possibly three nights accommodation soon kicks that notion into touch :D

yeah - I know what you mean Teri - I've got 7 shedding their coats as fast as a bunch of Soho strippers :D - you do know that if it's held near us next year you are very welcome to stop over with us - plenty of room for you and the poochies here !

Well today it's muggy, cloudy, warmish but a light breeze which is nice :P

I think it's meant to be like this for a few days but that could change. I would love it if it were coolish. I get way too hot in warm sunny weather and just want to wilt in it to be honest! :(  There's little shade at the venue.

I knew you were the judge, as a Terv owner I know said to me the judge was "coming all the way from Scotland...!"  LOL :D
