All shows have an "incident"book & this type of thing is what it is meant for.
IMHO
The complaint(rather than an objection for which the fee of £35 has to be paid-objections are totally different to complaints & involve things like dogs being ill or having had an operation for sale entropia & must be made on the day of the show before it closes)must be reported in detail & all parties involved.plus witnesses etc must be recorded in the incident book.
The KC rule that covers this is F(1)3.58.15
If in the opinion of the Show Secretary, Show Manager or Judge any dog is considered not in a fit state for exhibition owing to disease, savage disposition or any other cause, the dog may be excluded or removed from the show on the Instruction of the Show Secretary. Once excluded or removed from the Show the dog must not be brought back into the Show at any time under any circumsyances & the case must be repotered in full to the Kennel Club within 7 daysIt's the same procedure that judges use if they are bitten or attacked by dogs whilst judging & could of course result in the dog being banned & it's progeny not being registered with the KC
