First register the dogs with the IKC Fiona :)  They will also be able to provide dates, venues etc for all of the Irish shows.

It's been some years since I was there last (and wasn't showing my own dogs unfortunately) but it's a fab circuit and atmosphere - you'll adore it.   I love the Irish - everything about them!  The welcome, hospitality, sportsmanship, banter and easy going attitude from our friends across the water to all visitors is quite simply beyond belief :)

I was going to ask the same question about the Munster Circuit...am hoping to go next year, have heard wonderful things about it!

Please can you tell me the names of the shows that are in "the circuit"??

Thanks x

Shows on the circuit are:

Clonmel
Killarney
Limerick
and Tralee

Hope that helps

Navan Ch show is on the day before the Clonmel Show. It's not part of the circuit because it's not in munster, but a lot of people take that in if they come over from the UK for the week..

Thanks for info on which shows are included...now I have another question! I'm sure it's a stupid one, but having downloaded the app form to register with the IKC, how do you send payment to them in Euros? Can a bankers draft be raised in Euros?

Thanks!

You can send payment in Sterling cheque.
On the old registration forms they gave you the sterling equivalent..
Don't think this has changed?
- By Vinnie [gb] Date 10.08.06 10:45 UTC
Hmm..I didn't notice an amount in sterling - just the E20 fee in the top right hand corner of the form..
- By Boxacrazy [gb] Date 10.08.06 10:53 UTC
Ring them to ask I'm sure they won't mind..

I just worked out the amount in an approx equivalent to euros and sent them a cheque which they accepted !!!
It took about 4 weeks for the paperwork to come back though.........

My dog is entered but is probably going with a friend as I don't feel well enough to travel at the moment.....

All the passes for the circuit are now through.....
Good Luck to everyone entered.....

Hi Fiona - on the left hand menu go into "Download Forms" and it's the 5th one (application for registration for dogs registered with other KCs).

Teri :)

Apologies, Navan is Utility, Pastoral and Working Groups Only.

I'm sure the Hound Club hold a show there too, and the RR Club of Ireland.

I just looked on the ikc site, it seems that a lot of club shows are incorporated into the Navan show.
