
Yes Claire, Alf isn't DNA tested, but he's hereditarily clear. :)So both of his parents must have been DNA tested clear, yes? Therefor the chances of Alf being either carrier or affected are near enough nil, or 50 gazzillion to 1. :DCopies of the sire and dams certificates would suffice surely. The KC surely trusts it's own database with regard to Alf's parentage/registration. So why the ''need'' for you to go to the lengths of having him tested, you know he's going to be unaffected, so it's a waste of time and money, and doesn't provide any new information for the records. Makes no sense to me I'm afraid.
