hello just joined this lovely site. i mostly show dachshunds, i got my 1st cc at windsor after getting the rcc last year [it must be my lucky show], im also going to be bringing out my yankie in september,i will have to get fit with all the running around the ring phew!!!, i know alot of you on here show yankies perhaps you can give me a few tips.

You'll certainly get fit showing an American, if you're not already. No toddling up the ring for us.

Tell us all about your puppy, is it a dog or bitch? What colour? Where from? You know, all the goss :D

hi nursey, my boy is 4mths old,blk/white,bred by mike bottomley, at the moment he has movement to die for and the most beautiful head, just hope i can do him justise as i havnt shown a yankie for about 10yrs, but i will try and do my best practicing at open shows for a while, i will also be doing all the trimming myself, is there anyone in suffolk who can perhaps help me with him?.

hello bishop, my first show with elvis [the king is back] will be a limit show on the royal norfolk showground on24th sept, he will be in avnsc, he will be 6months and 3days on the day, i cant wait to show him off, hope im not being to cocky!!!

we live in Hereford so unless we meet at a ch show we are too far apart for any practical help! but i will try to help answering things at any time
