Has anybody else suffered this ?. I'm now into my 7th week of what started as a mild pain in my buttock/top of leg. It gradually started to creep down to my calf. The doctor said it was hamstring (which I ignored because of the pain going all down the leg and advice from gym saying that after checking flexability of hamstring it was fine and caused no pain). I'm now unable to walk without really really bad pain for more than 3 or so minutes. Sitting is awkward and uncomfortable at times. I saw a chiropractor last week but apart from checking position of the pelvis there wasn't much she could do. Another visit to the doc who said that now she doesn't think it's hamstring. Sent me for an x-ray which shows no bone problems. So, what now ?. Any advice please. I know it's not an uncommon problem but I read so many things that I don't know where to start. Luckily husband has walked our dog for the last 3 weeks - I can't manage at all.
Thanks for any ideas.
