LOL...given the mathmatical formular that you are told to do all answers work out as multiples of 9(9,18.27,36 etc).The same symbol is used for all the multiples of 9 but change each time you do the 'game'...hence it can predict which symbol you will be ethinking of at the end. :cool:

My son Tim told me the same reasoning, but being not awfully mathematical, I still don't know how it knows which multiple of 9 I'm thinking of????

Hi jo,
because each time you play the game all the multiples of 9 will have the same picture (will change each time you play)
