Hi,

Harvey has had a very lengthly pampering session this afternoon and I can't believe how much dead hair he had buriedin his coat! I always give him a quick comb through every day so that he doesn't get knotty and he is bathed regularly - about once a fortnight, but today I could see lots of loose hairs so I got the rubber mitt with nobbles out - it does the job but as I have a latex allergy, my hands and arms are now full of hives. He looks beautiful and silky now and he really did enjoy the 'massage' but I wondered if any groomers could share any tips with me on removing dead coat without using the rubber mitt.

thanks

No, I haven't. It looks good but I wonder what its made from? which one woud you use? The cat one looks the right size for Harvey.

They are rubber but you could wear a cotton groom if you have a reaction to rubber

As Cavaliers as fairly small dogs a cat one could do the job

Roger used my Cavalier at Cufts to show how they work when he first brought then out !
