Hi, I have a Staffy bitch who has just started her first season.

When she is finished how long will it be before her next season? I know its not an exact science but a rough idea would be good.

Anything from four months to a year would be considered normal.  A lot depends on the breed and the family/lines history in this respect.

You count from the first day of one season to the first day of the next.

my bitch had her normal first season and has had a silent season a month after, since the first season which was 6 months ago she has had the signs of being season ever since!

Staffies are approx every 6 months between seasons there will always be exceptions to the rule sometimes earlier, sometimes later, but every 6 months is a good guide.

hi, my staffie had her first season at 11 months, 2nd 7 months later and 3rd 9 months after that !!! we are now waiting for her to come into season again but she'll probably keep us waiting again!!!
