Well they are doing quite a few cycling days at my hospital recently so I've put my name down for tomorrow!!  I must be mad, haven't been on a bike for years.  Bought a bike nearly 2 years ago and have never touched it so will have to look for my bicycle pump later after I've seen some puppies :d

Had such a laugh tonight at class....someone asked Rachel what sort of cross Chacha is ROFL :D :D :D I had to cover poor Chacha's ears ;) She's really grown. It's only a few weeks since I saw her last but she seems to have got huge all of a sudden (but I'm sure you knew that anyway :D )

They are all brown with bits of white here and there, they are al sold :d :d  SORRY!

Well just got back from my bike ride and think I've definitely caught the sun.  I don't know whether I'll be able to walk tomorrow though :d

The most painful bit at the moment is where I was stung by loads of nettles!

Well done for surviving the bike ride. Bet you won't be able to sit down for a week :D

Stephen bought me a bike last year (I did ask for one :) ) and I started bikling to work after not having been on one for about 35 years LOL

Ohh I bet you have sore bits that you didnt even know could get sore, I'd love to be a fly on the wall tomorrow and watch you get up and creak around hee, hee.

Cycling is the best thing ever! It's very popular here and it's a great way of getting from your house to the office without being stuck in traffic for hours ;) ....... my parents just retired last year and with a group of friends they have been cycling every week. They even went cycling across France and Denmark. It's a really good way to stay fit..... have fun!!

Well went for another cycle today.   Fell off trying to miss a van that parked on the pavement :d  So now I have a sore knee and ankle :rolleyes:

Proof that exercise is bad for you! That's why I'm not taking any chances! :D

:d :d  When will I get the confidence to squeeze through spaces etc.  I don't know, white van men parking on pavements to answer their mobile, he was very cute and apologetic though but I didn't get his number.  Don't know why maybe my sexy hat put him off :d

The confidence soon comes just be a little careful - trying to squeeze past a bus etc that may try and turn is not a good idea :D

Think I may need to pluck up the courage to go to the doctors :d  If I kneel down and forget about my leg, the pain is terrible!  I'm just wondering if I've broke a bone as it's now about 7 weeks since I fell of my bike and it's getting no better.  doesn't hurt to touch and I can do day to day activites. but I like to stack my dogs and due to problems with my right leg usually put my left leg on the ground, but I can't do it or I'm in agony !!!

Ooh poor you, it must be the wisest thing, to get it checked out. Better safe than sorry, can you wear any kind of support in the mean time?
