Hi everyone

Well where do i start.  The house move went great all settled in and both me and Jazz are loving the nice weather and the fab garden :).

Operation went ahead and a full hysterectomy was done :(.  The lump they removed weighed 14lbs, measured 28x22x19cm  and was photographed in theatre because they were/are still unsure what it was.  I get the results on the 15th.  I am feeling quite sore and tired but otherwise ok.  I am just taking each day at a time at the minute otherwise i think i would drive myself mad.  Thanks again to everyone for their kind words of support it really means alot.

Much love
Michelle

I am glad though you have come through the OP and hope your recovery is speedy and as painless as possible :)

Glad you have settled in your new home

Take Care and try and rest and get pampered ;)

What a large lump they removed! I'm sure once you're over the op (don't rush it - let people help you!) you'll feel much more yourself. Best wishes for the results of the tests - I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

In the meantime enjoy recuperating in your lovely garden in the super weather!

Michelle, I too had a full hysterectomy and believe me, once you are 'back on your feet', it will be the best thing you will ever have had done.  The biopsy will probably be O.K. but if it isn't, it has all gone anyway!...and just think, you won't have any further problems in that area in years to come!! :)

all the best Michelle, I know how you feel, as I had it done many years ago & I hope yours turns out to be a fibroid like mine. Don't try & overdo it, enjoy being pampered.

Take it easy!

Michelle,

If you rest now properly you'll be back on your feet quicker in the long run ;) ;)

Make sure you get lots of pampering too, it'll all help :)

Hope the results are good - keeping everything crossed for you

Glad to hear you're home and the move went well. Don't be tempted to start working on the house. Just enjoy chill out time with Jazz in the garden.

Welcome to a period free world!  What a way to lose a stone!!! :-)

I agree with Oldilocks that in a year or so time you will side with us and agree it was the best thing that could have happened and you'll feel soooooo much better than you did.

I would emphasise taking it very very easy and while you've got time on your hands check out the hystersisters website.
