this is a new one on me!

yesterday when i took my 3 out swimmming, one of my young bitches had a wee in the shallow water and then turned round and drank it!

All my bitches have done it, so you're not alone. :) No idea why they do it though.

my girl wee'd in a puddle on a beardie ramble and all the other dogs drank it of course being  'a lady' she just walked off! EEEW

I always thought my last Lab bitch was smart when she drank before peeing in the stream.

Maddies' a real lady ;) she gets out of the pool to pee :P

Unrelated, but why are dogs that squat to wee so silly that they wee downhill, while standing downhill of the wee, so it runs all over their feet...... 

No notion of uphill and downhill.  Another old lab would take his ball to the top of a slope and let it roll down to us, to throw again.  This worked fine until he tried the same thing at the bottom of a slope ... "Duh, why is my ball still here?"  :-D
