Hi everyone,

Long time no see!!! I am now (well have been for 3 1/2 years) the proud owner of some great dogs thanks to your advice. I have had no problems with the boys since taking your advice to heart. I just wanted to let you know and to say keep up the good work!! For those of you who can't remember, I owned the barking mad bearded collie and lab/rotweiller cross. I can't imagine my life without them now.

Hi Wendi,
It's good to hear that your dogs are doing much better and you're happier now with them. What finally worked to stop your Beardie's continual barking? Just curious to know :) :D

It was a combination of things really. I used the Amichien bonding book from Jan Fennel, and someone advised me to make me leaving fun, so I started hiding biscuits all over the house. Voila no more dog barking and no more complaints from the neighbours!! In fact my neighbours with dogs asked me what my secret was!! :D LOL I think they are happy in themselves. Also, my lab has learned to roll over and play dead, something I never thought he could do! :) Now all I need to do is get them socialised with other dogs and they'll be more than perfect!!
