Can anyone tell me where I can obtain Laughing Dog Terrier Meal.  I only need to buy in 3kg. bags.

Contact Laughing Dog direct by e-mail: sales@laughingdogfood.co.uk.  They will tell you which wholesaler/s they supply to in your area. Then, contact the wholesaler and see if they supply other products to a pet shop in your area.  Ask the pet shop owner to order it in for you :) Not straightforward I'll grant you, but this is how I sourced it when I experimented with feeding meat/mixer a while back.

I don't think they do it in 3K, do they? Only bigger bags.

I will let you know if I have any luck with the 3kg bags.

I know my local pet shop breaks it down into smaller weighed out bags or about 3 kg maybe less so try your local petshop....

Laughing dog does come in 3kg bags since they have changed the packaging

I don't think they do the 3kg bags of terrier meal but they do the 3.5kg bags of the chicken or the tripe dinner.  You can get it from Landywoods.
