Being keen to find out as much as possible about raw feeding, I've registered with Britbarf. However, it seems ages that my membership has been pending. Have you read 'Grow your pups with bones' and 'Give your dog a bone' both by Ian Bilinghurst?  We've just started raw feeding our puppy raw food and these books have really helped!  We got them from Amazon.
