As I keep saying that is common sense.  When I sell a puppy I have never regarded it as necessary to put on my information sheet, if showing signs of illness see a vet.

hi i have been given rymadyl for my staffy who jumped of the wall and hurt her leg and she had no side affects but different dogs do vary
the rymadyl worked really well for my dog and kept the pain under controll but if you are unsure go back to your vet and ask about the side affects..
